As Lead Inspector and Owner of Tate Inspection Services, William Tate has been in the residential construction industry in Middle Tennessee since 2005. I started out installing hardwood floors with a family friend, and from there, I have gained experience in roofing and building homes. My extensive knowledge across various stages of construction enables me to excel as an inspector. As a father, I prioritize the safety of the homes families are purchasing, ensuring they can enjoy their time together without any worries. With a trade background in carpentry and glazing, I still indulge in building new things whenever I have the chance.
